Terms of sale
Last updated: 15 October 2026
1. Purpose and scope
These terms govern the IT support, maintenance and consulting services sold by AMOREM, a French SAS with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 821 409 919, with its registered office at 50 rue Saint-André des Arts, 75006 Paris, France ("Amorem").
They apply exclusively to professional customers: companies, associations and self-employed professionals. Placing an order means accepting these terms. Any agreement signed between Amorem and a customer prevails over them on the points it covers.
2. Services
Amorem provides user support, maintenance and monitoring of workstations and IT equipment, as well as consulting assignments and projects, remotely or on site.
Projects (migrations, network, Microsoft 365, websites, artificial intelligence…) are quoted in advance and approved in writing by the customer before any work starts.
3. Prices
Prices are in euros excluding VAT, with VAT added at the applicable rate. The applicable prices are those published on amorem.fr/en/tarifs on the day of the order: €950 excl. VAT for the 8-hour pack, €150 excl. VAT per hour for one-off interventions.
Amorem may change its prices. Hours already purchased keep the price at which they were paid.
4. Time tracking and travel
Time spent is tracked in 5-minute increments for every intervention, remote or on site. Each intervention is logged (date, requester, details, time spent) and appears in the monthly report sent to the customer.
Travel within central Paris is free of charge. Outside Paris, travel costs are agreed in advance.
5. 8-hour pack
The 8-hour pack is prepaid. Its hours are credited to the customer upon receipt of payment and can be used for any service: support, maintenance, consulting or projects.
Pack hours never expire: they remain available until fully used. In return, a pack cannot be refunded or exchanged, in whole or in part, including unused hours.
The remaining balance appears in the monthly report. Once it is used up, Amorem offers the customer a new pack; otherwise, additional time is billed at the one-off intervention rate.
6. One-off interventions
A one-off intervention is requested by booking a slot online or in writing. It is invoiced at the end of the month based on the time spent, with the details of each intervention.
7. Ordering, invoicing and payment
The pack is ordered and paid online by card or SEPA direct debit through the secure Stripe payment platform, or by bank transfer upon invoice. The invoice is sent by email.
Invoices for one-off interventions and projects are payable within 30 days of their issue date.
Any late payment automatically incurs penalties equal to three times the French statutory interest rate, plus a fixed recovery fee of €40 (article L. 441-10 of the French Commercial Code).
8. Amorem's commitments
Amorem performs its services with professional diligence, under a best-efforts obligation. Unless agreed in writing, no response or resolution time is guaranteed; requests are handled according to their urgency and impact.
Amorem keeps confidential the information, data and access it obtains at the customer's premises and uses them only to perform the services.
9. Customer's commitments
The customer provides the necessary access, information and licences, appoints a contact person and informs Amorem of any change likely to affect the services. The customer remains responsible for its data and their backup, unless a backup service has been expressly ordered from Amorem.
10. Liability
Amorem can only be held liable for proven fault. Only direct damage is recoverable, excluding indirect damage such as loss of business or revenue.
In any event, Amorem's liability is limited to the amount, excluding VAT, paid by the customer over the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
11. Personal data
Amorem processes the customer's personal data only as required for the services, on the customer's instructions, as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR. Its monitoring and remote-control tools are hosted in France. For any question or to exercise your rights, write to contact@amorem.com.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the Paris commercial court (tribunal des activités économiques de Paris) has exclusive jurisdiction.
